We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to join their growing team.
Job Description:
As a Logistics Coordinator, your role will be central to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with 3PL partners, managing inventory, leveraging KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to optimize logistics processes, and enhancing the overall supply chain network of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all activities within the supply chain process, including inventory control, logistics, and distribution.
- Implement and monitor KPI’s to measure supply chain performance, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with our 3PL partners to ensure alignment with our supply chain strategies and to achieve operational goals.
- Regularly analyze current supply chain systems and processes to identify improvements in efficiency and cost.
- Ensure accurate and prompt delivery schedules to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Generate regular reports on supply chain performance and present them to senior management.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with 3PL partners and managing KPIs.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics coordination role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex supply chain data.
- Proficiency in inventory and supply chain software, specifically SAP and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and requirements.
