Our client , a big name in entertainment, in seeking an experience Digital Production Designer to join their team! As a Production Designer, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and delivering designs for all aspects of subscriber lifecycle marketing campaigns. You’ll provide creative support for the daily production of newsletters, push notifications, and in-app messages, contribute to team projects, and work independently when needed.
- Rate range - $40-45 per hour
This is a hands-on role for individuals who are masters of Photoshop, have strong production skills, and can quickly manipulate key art with meticulous attention to detail. You’ll need to adapt easily, push your creative and technical abilities, have a solid grasp of lifecycle marketing, and communicate effectively throughout all project phases to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Your portfolio should demonstrate strong graphic design fundamentals, including message hierarchy, typographic layout, and pixel-perfect Photoshop compositing. Responsibilities:
- Support Art Directors in producing digital marketing assets, including push notifications, in-app messages, and email campaigns.
- Deliver pixel-perfect designs for lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Create iterations and versions of creative assets for various campaigns.
- Contribute custom concepts for larger lifecycle campaign pitches.
- Organize and name files appropriately for collaboration with team members, vendors, and agency partners.
- Maintain the highest design standards for the brand across all deliverables.
Work Schedule:
- Monday-Friday (Onsite Tues-Thurs, Remote Mon & Fri)
Basic Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Digital Production Artist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with Figma.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and digital production in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with CSS/HTML is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Portfolio or examples of work required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with entertainment or streaming brands.
- Motion graphics experience is a plus.
Additional Information: This is a production-focused design role, working primarily with templates for weekly newsletters and monthly communications. Occasional special events and holiday emails offer more creative flexibility. Please submit your portfolio along with your resume.
