Connections Personnel is hiring for a temp-hire Customer Service Representative for our client located in Branchburg.

Schedule:
Monday thru Friday — 7:30am — 4:00pm
SALARY
$44,000 to $50,000 Based on Prior Experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer interaction via phone or walk-in
- Attention to detail
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Microsoft Suite & SAGE 100 knowledge is a plus
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- 8 to 10 year's experience in Customer Service
- High school diploma or equivalent
