Title: Media Planner/Buyer
Location: hybrid 2-3 days in Orlando, FL (open to Memphis or Tampa as well)

What You’ll Do:
- Plan and execute integrated media strategies that align perfectly with our clients’ goals.
- Build and maintain a robust network of media contacts and exploit online resources to benefit our agency and its clientele.
- Negotiate with media outlets to secure cost-effective ad placements and ensure maximum efficiency.
- Analyze data on audience reach, engagement metrics, and conversion to drive strategic decisions and optimize client campaigns.
- Effectively communicate complex media strategies to team members and clients, ensuring a clear understanding of each campaign’s value.
- Manage and oversee the entire media buying lifecycle, from initial planning to post-campaign analysis.
- Identify and leverage new media opportunities that align with client objectives.
Who You Are:
- A holder of a four-year degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Experienced with 2-4 years in media buying within an agency setting, with a proven track record in managing extensive media budgets and campaigns.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with media planning software; experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
- A lifelong learner, staying ahead of media trends and technological advancements.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of forging lasting relationships with both media representatives and clients.
