Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an OSP Engineer who will design fiber plant layouts and oversee general construction processes. This opportunity is located in Chandler, AZ!
Duties:
- Apply expertise in the telecommunications, data networking, or wireless industry
- Utilize strong computer skills to manage databases, processes, and administrative tasks
- Use comprehensive knowledge of applications such as Word, Excel, Visio, ArcGIS/ESRI, 3GIS, and Google Earth for complex tasks
- Maintain knowledge of network plant structures and local industry practices
- Work with engineering systems and databases to apply design and operational processes
- Handle right-of-way negotiations, property rights, and permit acquisitions effectively
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years work related experience
- Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (Sheets, Docs, Tables, etc.)
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to synthesize information and learn in a high paced environment
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with boundary partners and stakeholders
- PMP Certification desired
