Job Description:
We are seeking a Packaging Engineer to design and develop packaging equipment and materials for safe and effective transport of goods. You will analyze product specifications to determine the best packaging solutions, ensuring convenience, safety, and compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop packaging solutions for various products.
- Analyze engineering drawings to choose appropriate materials and methods.
- Evaluate and improve packaging and transport methods.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Recommend innovations in packaging materials and techniques.
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of packaging design and materials.
- Experience with interstate transportation regulations is a plus.

This role involves bulk packaging design for medical devices across facilities in Lakeland, FL, Chandler, AZ, and Tijuana, BC, Mexico.
