Our Challenge:
As a Infrastructure Engineer, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to work on complex technical requirements. You will be responsible for managing multiple engagements, prioritize and resolve complex problems and escalate as necessary, in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
Responsibilities:
- While engineering new feeds, configure the archiving system to adhere to compliance requirements, ensuring that all data collected through these feeds is managed in accordance with data management policies and regulations.
- Use analytical skills to monitor and optimize the integration process, ensuring that new data feeds are processed efficiently and meet all necessary quality standards.
- Use Excel and other Microsoft tools to prepare data for integration, analyze the results of the data ingestion processes, and report on the effectiveness of the new feeds.
- Use XML, APIs, SMTP, and SFTP techniques or tools to analyze, transformation and process new data feeds into archival or data management systems such as Smarsh, ZL, and/or Vantage, and promptly identify any issues, coordinating with the respective teams to resolve them efficiently.
