- 11/4 - 12/31 (no coverage needed on 11/28, 12/25)
POSITION DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)- Location: Oregon (About 1.5 hours outside of Portland)
- Setting: Outpatient
- Patient Volume: Approx. 16 patients/day
- Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri - Clinic from 8am-5pm
- Wednesday - Admin time from 8am-5pm
- Provider needs to be comfortable with all ages but, they will mainly be seeing Teenagers-Adults (they have a PEDS and IM on-site)
- APP Support/Supervision: MAs, RNs, Referral Coordinator
- EMR: EPIC
- Requirements: Active OR License, Board Certified required, Clean Background
