Position: Routine Maintenance Scheduler
Location: Onsite, Baytown, TX
Duration: 1 Year + (Long-term), 40 hours per week
Overview: The Routine Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for scheduling all planned maintenance work. The Scheduler ensures that the necessary resources for a specific job are scheduled according to resource availability and the operation's requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications:
- In-depth scheduling and planning experience in a scheduling role.
- Proficiency in SAP and the Prometheus scheduling tool.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SAP-PM Maintenance Transactions, Documentum, Microsoft Office Products, and Meridium.
- Supervisory experience.
- Knowledge and experience with contractor management.
- Ability to work at a computer for prolonged durations daily.
- Strong plant maintenance knowledge and experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review SAP backlogs for ready-to-schedule work orders.
- Prepare weekly optimized schedules with Operations by day based on job due dates, workload, and available resources.
- Coordinate the schedule for special equipment and tools to improve working efficiency.
- Determine work to be rescheduled with operations to accommodate break-in work.
- Lead schedule update meetings to ensure jobs are prioritized and resources are aligned between maintenance and production.
- Monitor backlogs and notify maintenance supervision regarding capacity needs to maintain optimum backlog levels.
- Compile and distribute required schedules to Operations and Maintenance Execution Groups to ensure all teams follow a unified schedule.
Pay: $50 to $60 per hour
