Position Overview:
This Project Coordinator will support a client's new system implementation project, which includes converting 3,100+ stores to new standard systems and processes. They will schedule store roll outs of the new system, set up meetings, enter schedules into excel, update smart sheets, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with other staff members for smooth scheduling process.
- Create and maintain a document that tracks daily tasks.
- Track deadlines, priority levels of tasks, and status updates.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in project coordination
- Experience with excel
