The role involves gathering and analyzing technical, cost, and schedule data from various stakeholders in the supply chain, interpreting drawings, specifications, and other relevant documentation, and collaborating closely with engineering, planning, program management, and operations support teams during proposal development.
Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize different estimating methodologies and apply knowledge of the US Navy Ship Work Breakdown Structure (SWBS).

Qualifications:
- Minimum of seven (7) years of proven expertise in marine estimating.
- Bachelor of Science degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with different estimating methodologies and the US Navy Ship Work Breakdown Structure (SWBS) is desired.
