IT Manager II – Enterprise Technical Services (Field Services)

Our client, a leader in PNW manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced IT Manager II to drive the next evolution of their IT field services. You’ll lead a high-performing team to deliver cutting-edge IT infrastructure across 35 manufacturing sites, 15 regional offices offices, and 18 distribution centers. This role is essential to bridging traditional IT services with operational technology (OT) systems, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT field services team, managing infrastructure across manufacturing, timberlands, and distribution sites.
- Develop and execute IT/OT strategies to support emerging technologies like IIoT, automation, and edge computing.
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders to ensure IT services meet business needs.
- Ensure cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and compliance in all infrastructure operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years in IT, industrial controls, and security.
- 4-6 years in IT management and infrastructure delivery.
- Proven leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience with hybrid cloud environments.
