- Hours 8am-5pm M-F
- Pay range is $100,000 - $125,000 with production bonus
Responsibilities for Mid-Level
- Perform physical examinations of patients to evaluate conditions
- Order diagnostic tests such as MRI’s and urine drug screens.
- Carry out Doctor’s Plan of care.
- Prescribe and dispense medications
- Document medical information of patients and maintain electronic medical records
- Educate, instruct, and counsel patients and families on presenting health problems, treatment plans,
- Request consultation or referral with other health care providers, such as physicians and clinics
- Actively maintain knowledge of current medical research and trends, and support research projects
Qualifications for Mid-Level
- Must have a current license to practice as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant in Oklahoma
- 2-4 years of clinical work experience (Pain Management preferred but not required)
- Must be compassionate and personable
