Job Title: Director of Marketing

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000
Role Overview:
As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and enhance market presence.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company products and solutions across target markets.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, tradeshows, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and the product roadmap.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve strategic objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including sales materials, product documentation, and promotional content.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the technology or security industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business results.
- Experience with planning, designing, and executing industry tradeshows.
- Web design experience is preferred.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time if needed.
