DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consultants will be taking inbound client calls to support ADP’s technology products (Payroll, HR, Benefits)
Upon conversion, consultants will be assigned a book of business to support specific clients
Interact with external clients via telephone and email communication
Build relationships with set clients and get to know their business on a deeper level in order to best advise
Act as a business partner and consultant to solve client issues or concerns and take a proactive approach to potential future needs
Consultants will be fully trained on the payroll process and all product offerings within this space prior to conversion
