This is a prime opportunity for an ambitious Head Pastry Chef to showcase their expertise in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the pastry section, ensuring top-quality production
- Develop and execute innovative dessert menus, incorporating both Asian and European influences
- Manage pastry production for high-volume service without compromising on quality
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
- Monitor ingredient quality, maintain stock levels, and ensure cost control
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef in fine dining establishments
- Strong knowledge of both Asian and European pastry techniques
- Ability to manage high-volume production while maintaining excellence
- Creative flair with a passion for developing unique and visually stunning desserts
- Strong leadership and team management skills
