TeamSoft IT Solution’s client is looking for a direct hire Network Engineer.
Job Summary:
- Work as a member of the engineering team providing consultative and proactive project management support to the account base
- Implement successful customer projects within proposed budgets and timelines
- Ability to prioritize tasks quickly in a dynamic environment across multiple customers
- Document advanced procedures and plans related to customer networks/systems software and hardware
- Must be outcome focused and assist with the delivery of the entire solution either as a leader, contributor, or facilitator
- Attend and participate in weekly team calls as directed by the Team Lead
- Provide sales consultants and fellow Engineers with network and systems design assistance, review, validation, and optimization of systems and protocols
- Provide next level support of escalations from the Managed Services team
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- Expertise in configuring, installing, and maintaining wired and wireless networks, Active Directory, Azure Cloud services, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with firewall (Palo Alto preferred)
- Proven ability to implement customer projects within budget and timeline constraints while providing consultative and proactive support.
- Strong skills in documenting advanced procedures and providing design assistance, review, and optimization for network and systems.
- Experience working effectively as both a leader and contributor in team environments, with regular participation in team meetings.
