Scope of Work:
SCVMC is seeking the services for Cisco Call Manager contractor to provide Cisco VoIP Subject Matter Experts (SME) to assist County of Santa Clara (County) with their VoIP deployment by assessing the current state of the voice network, analyzing the risks and gaps to the future state, developing a deployment plan to the new Cisco VoIP platform, making any necessary updates to the Middlefield Clinic to Cisco VOIP.
The project scope involves onboarding, Deploying, configuring, and verifying 125 IP phones and 1 VG-410-24 on Cisco CUCM 14.x. This includes setting up user profiles, configuring phone settings, and ensuring proper integration with the network. Post-deployment verification ensures functionality, followed by providing next-day support to address any issues and ensure smooth operation.
Vendor will provide a 1 on 1 session with SCVMC Telecom to go over all configurations in detail.
Vendor will also provide remote training for end users: two days with one trainer SCC HHS Telecom will install all hardware on racks and also deploy each phone.
Deliverables:
Objective – Installation and support of approximately 125 VOIP phones.
Assess – Develop scope of work for the installation and support
Recommend – Use Contractor that is familiar with SCVMC Call Manger configuration.4. Implement – HHS Telecom to shadow Cisco technicians in the installation and configuration of phones.
Test - Vendor to provide all testing and commissioning of phones.
Knowledge Transfer – Provide education to users and HHS Telecom as build configurations and training material
