About Us: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Personal Assistant / Estate Manager / Ranch Hand Assistant to oversee our households and property operations. This unique role combines the responsibilities of personal assistance with the comprehensive management of our several homes/ranches, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment. This position will live onsite in Texas within their own new housing accommodations.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Manage and coordinate the daily schedules, appointments, and activities of the principal(s).
- Handle correspondence with contractors and other vendors.
- Assist the team in the planning and organizing events, travel arrangements, and personal engagements.
- Liaise with various service providers, vendors, and professionals.
- Conduct research and provide timely and accurate information as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive matters.
- Run errands.
- Drive principal(s) to and from appointments on occasion.
- Take care of household pets and on-site animals on occasion.
- Travel with one of the principals and her dogs to set up seasonal housing. You will live on the ranch in Stephenville, but you will need to travel occasionally to help move the dogs and other items to the principal's other locations.
Estate Management Duties:
- Oversee the and participate in the maintenance and operations of the ranch and it’s associated properties (including several homes, and buildings)
- Supervise, participate and coordinate the work of staff and contractors.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory related to estate operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Handle repairs, upgrades, and routine maintenance of the property.
- Develop and implement estate management plans to optimize functionality and aesthetics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant and/or Estate Manager, preferably in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency with both a computer and your hands.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed.
