Position Overview:
As a Quality Engineer, you'll ensure our precision automation products meet the highest quality standards for the automotive and aerospace industries. You'll develop and maintain quality control processes, perform inspections, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control: Develop and implement quality procedures, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Problem-Solving: Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
- Documentation: Maintain quality records and prepare reports for management.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards (ISO 9001, AS9100) and stay updated on regulatory requirements.
- Supplier Management: Evaluate and monitor supplier quality, resolving issues as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive process improvements and cost reductions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in quality engineering, preferably in automotive or aerospace.
- Certifications: ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred.
- Skills: Knowledge of quality control methods, statistical analysis, and relevant software.
