Brix Holdings, LLC is looking for a qualified Senior Manager of Supply Chain. The key employee will be responsible for directing the Company’s Supply Chain and Procurement for one or more brands.
Essential Functions:
· Initiates requests for quotes and proposals, analyzing proposed pricing from potential suppliers. Source and procure goods as needed taking into budget and cost.
· In conjunction with quality and food safety, evaluate supplier quality, reliability, and ability to meet delivery schedules.
- Coordinate the activities of all functions involved in the purchasing, planning, warehousing, and control of materials from the receipt of forecasting replenishment needs to the delivery of the finished product into finished goods inventory and/or delivery to restaurants.
· Solicit and provide direction on standard operating agreements with new and existing suppliers keeping a focus on supply chain redundancy.
· Act as key relationship leader and manager for franchisees and distributor partners.
· Collect, manage, analyze and action Supplier benchmarks and scorecards to be used for continuous improvement.
- Participate in existing and new product planning processes to assure timely acquisition of materials to support menu launches.
- Working effectively across the organization to support execution of supply chain support on many integrated efforts and special projects / initiatives.
- Developing and implementing logistics plans inclusive of supplier contracts, routing guidelines, problem resolution and cost containment.
- Occasional travel for work, up to 10% of the time.
Qualification Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience with Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics
· Five years of progressive experience in Food and Beverage Industry role.
· Logistics experience is a plus.
· Ability to build franchisee and distributor relationships with integrity and while promoting departmental success.
· Ability to remain tactful, calm, and persuasive in all situations.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· General knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer or driving in a vehicle.
· Must be able to lift up-to 15 pounds at times.
· Must complete a full background check
· Valid Driver’s License
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
