SNI Companies is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service/Collector to join the team of one of our growing clients in the Houston area! If you are bilingual (English/Spanish), experienced in customer service, collections, and ready to take your next step, this may be the position for you!
Job Duties:
- Monitor overdue accounts and notify customers of delinquency by mail or telephone
- Assist customers with accounts by telephone
- Assist customers with debt repayment and suggest necessary actions or strategies for resolving account delinquency
- Encourage customers to resolve delinquencies or make arrangements to repay debt or establish repayment schedules that the firm requires
- Encourage customers to pay tax amounts using available methods
- The hours could be Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm with a rotating Saturday (once a month) CST
Desired Experience and Skills:
- Customer Service experience
- Collections experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
