Due to our continued growth, we are seeking Benefits Administrators to join our team!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and monitors policies and procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards, state regulations, and company-specific client service requirements.
- Provides leadership and supervision to assigned analysts, including project allocation, workflow management, and performance monitoring.
- Analyzes management reports and audits member activities to identify liabilities and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Schedules and assigns tasks to employees, follows up on work results, and ensures the completion of operational requirements in line with company policies
- Analyzes and performs audits to existing members for liabilities and adherence to company standards.
- Administers company personnel policies in membership areas and follows company staffing
- Maximizes performance within the team with the development of strategies that enhance productivity.
- Provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency.
- Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed.

Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 4 years of benefit administration experience
• Exceptional ability to organize, prioritize and communicate effectively
• Must have commonly-used knowledge of benefit and healthcare terminology
This position utilizes experience and judgment to plan, accomplish goals and effectively solve problems.
