- About the Role:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as clients' primary point of contact, managing and nurturing long-term relationships. Understand client needs and ensure their requirements are met.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate kick-off meetings to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to provide project updates, gather feedback, and address concerns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Client Success: Oversee the management of client accounts, ensuring all deliverables are met. Track and report on account performance and project status to ensure client satisfaction.
- Risk Management: Monitor and control project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary. Ensure all project documentation is up to date and accurately reflects project status.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in client success and project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management and project coordination.
Education: Master’s degree in Computer Applications, Bachelor’s degree in Physics, or a related field.
