- Experience implementing and supporting with Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Advance Compensation, Security.
- Knowledge of Learning, Time and Absence and Integrations are added advantage
- Experience building Advance/Matrix reports in HCM, Recruiting, Compensation,
- Must have experience in creating and loading data using EIB in HCM, Compensation and Recruiting
- Workday Certification, Project/Team lead experience, a plus.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. problem-solving experience.
- Experience implementing multiple projects at the same time.
- Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; should be an advanced excel user using pivot tables and writing nested functions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate a high level of accuracy while managing a large volume of work.
- Critical thinking skills and an ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
- Willing to learn new modules.
