CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an experienced National Director of Training to join a reputable client based in Fort Worth, TX. Reporting directly to the VP of Compliance & Performance, this role offers significant visibility within the organization. The Director will be responsible for defining and implementing strategic training initiatives to foster a world-class training culture across multiple subsidiaries, with a particular focus on the airline/aviation industry. The position will require up to 50% travel to various company locations, ensuring hands-on support for training programs and client-facing responsibilities. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and executive leadership to optimize training effectiveness and continuously improve service levels.

Salary: $130K- $150K/YR
Travel: Up to 50% (Domestic/International)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic training roadmap for the organization, focusing on compliance, safety regulations, and service excellence.
- Oversee a team responsible for creating and maintaining training policies and procedures, with a strong focus on FAA, TSA, and airline industry standards.
- Analyze training needs and performance, providing continuous improvement strategies to enhance compliance and service.
- Manage the development of training programs in alignment with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Conduct audits and reviews of training initiatives, identifying areas for improvement based on customer feedback and compliance trends.
- Lead communication efforts related to training programs, ensuring professional delivery to executive leadership and external clients.
- Manage multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. Alternatively, 10+ years of progressive advancement in training leadership roles (airline/aviation industry preferred).
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in training leadership roles, with at least 5 years of team management.
- Extensive experience in the airline/aviation industry is preferred, but strong candidates from other relevant industries will be considered.
- Proven track record of success in training program development, compliance, and safety.
- Familiarity with FAA, TSA, and airline safety regulations.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing continuous improvement training programs.
- Must have the ability to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours, including availability during emergencies.
- Must be highly polished, professional, and capable of interacting with all levels of the organization, including C-level executives and clients.
