The Intersect Group is looking for a Helpdesk Technician in the Atlanta Metro Area. This person would be responsible for installing, configuring, upgrading and repairing desktop and laptop computers running Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 Enterprise. They will also be imaging new and existing desktop/laptop computers.
Skills Required:
- Thorough understanding of Mac and Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 Enterprise. More Windows than Mac
- Experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) or other PC imaging technologies.
- Experience with both manual and automated software installation methods.
- Thorough understanding of migrating user data and settings to new PCs.
Experience Required:
- 3+ years experience preferred with Client Technology Support in an Ethernet based TCP/IP
- Network environment
- Significant experience installing, configuring, upgrading and repairing Windows desktop, and laptop computers.
