Role: Java Developer
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Work model: Hybrid (4 days onsite)
Salary: $100K - $160K depending on experience + benefits package
Accountable for the planning and design of new software and web applications, including analysis, testing, and support in integrating new solutions. Manages the documentation process for all development activities and provides training to non-technical staff. Aids in monitoring and evaluating performance metrics. Utilizes an in-depth understanding of business and functional priorities to drive projects. Serves as a key contributor in a complex and critical setting, with potential responsibilities for leading teams or projects and sharing expertise.
Requirements
- 4 yrs+ Java development experience using various Java technology stack and Java based frameworks
- Experience with Scala and related development frameworks
- Experience with Cloud technologies; AWS experience and experiences with EC2, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc. are preferred
- Web application development and JavaScript experience
- Worked with AWS RDS and Linux based operating systems
