This will be a hybrid remote/onsite contract, individuals would support clients local to the Springfield, MA area.
- Providing Remote Level 1/2 Help Desk support via incoming phone calls and working a ticket queue out of ServiceNow.
- Common applications supported are Office 365 suite, zoom, Adobe Acrobat, FortiClient VPN.
Qualifications
- Team players with positive attitudes
- Technical knowledge and training in computer hardware, support & operating systems preferred
- Motivated individuals that thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Computer skills of 30 WPM minimum (tested)
- Must be able to pass a background check (signed release needed)
- A+ Certification and training in computer hardware & operating systems preferred
- Working knowledge of major desktop operating systems (Windows 10, 11, ChromeOS, OSX, iOs)
- Working knowledge of LAN, O365, Active Directory, Networking, etc.
