Responsibilities:
- Project a positive image when representing AIYA to clients and the community
- Answer calls from the main line, respond to basic inquiries, and direct callers to the appropriate person or department
- Keep forms and paperwork up to date for the Executive Office and Human Resources
- Manage clerical work and prepare documents for internal teams
- Provide administrative support and work collaboratively with multiple departments
- Assist the Business Development and Marketing departments with various projects
- Scope and create templates for our marketing team to be more efficient in their posting on social media, the blog, email, and other channels
- Refilling machines, maintaining cleanliness of office/conference room/waiting area, etc.
- Onboarding new merchant
- Prepare reports for operations

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Prior administrative experience or similar role
- Associate degree or equivalent required
- Excellent computer skills; including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
- Previous experience with social media is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
