Overview: As a Construction Manager for Internal Capital Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within our organization. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. You will collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, contractors, and other team members, to deliver successful construction outcomes that align with our strategic objectives.

Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Project Management.
- Proven experience 5-8 years in construction project management, preferably within commercial/ facilities/ capital project sector- under a GC or specialty contractor.
- Strong Understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficient in project management software tools (e.g. , MS Project, Primavera, Procore, and MS Office Suite).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, LEED, OSHA) are desirable.
Working Conditions:
- This position requires frequent travel to project sites and may involve working in outdoor environments and inclement weather conditions.
- Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate project deadlines and site specific requirements.
