Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + Performance-Based Bonus

Job Description: As a Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Consultant, you will be the cornerstone of client engagements. This role demands a hands-on approach, including client-facing interactions and the ability to architect comprehensive solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring successful implementations and fostering strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Microsoft Dynamics Business Central implementations from start to finish.
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Architect and design solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide hands-on support and training to clients throughout the implementation process.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Maintain high levels of utilization, with a target of 25-30 hours per week.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 successful Microsoft Dynamics Business Central implementations.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proven ability to architect and design Microsoft Dynamics Business Central solutions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- No visa sponsorship is available for this position.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 annually.
- Performance-based bonus structure, with potential earnings between $2,500 and $25,000 based on billability.
