Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Diesel Technician at XPress Cargo, Inc. located in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for vehicle maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and maintenance & repair tasks. You will also provide exceptional customer service to drivers and ensure the smooth operation of our fleet.
Qualifications
- Vehicle Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience in maintenance and repair of diesel trucks
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Basic knowledge of tractor systems and components
- Working knowledge of Trimble TMT software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- CDL (Commercial Driver's License) is a plus
