We are seeking an experienced and passionate Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team in Newark NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, a deep commitment to client advocacy, and the ability to manage all stages of litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, and other tort claims.
- Manage all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit negotiations through trial.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Deposition and trial preparation, including witness interviews and evidence gathering.
- Advocate for clients in court, at mediations, and during settlement negotiations.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in NJ.
- 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience required.
- Proven trial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
