Consilio’s client, a dynamic and expanding boutique construction law firm in Atlanta, is in search of a remote, full-time construction litigator. The firm regularly represents government entities in disputes with contractors who were hired to handle transportation and infrastructure projects, and is looking for an attorney who can assist with these matters. This role will involve substantial legal research and writing, and also some document review and fact development. A Georgia law license is preferred but not mandatory; candidates who may be licensed elsewhere but who possess strong construction litigation backgrounds are welcome and encouraged to apply.
This is a contract position but the anticipated duration of this role is long-term—i.e., 6-12 months or more, with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate. The pay rate for this opportunity is $85/hour (so approximately $14,000-15,000 per month).
