Primary purpose of the Role
The Systems Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and support including scanning, imaging and managing file transfer.
Key Accountabilities
- Daily maintenance activities to ensure all IT operations run smoothly
- Experience with SQL and file transfers
- Application support of MS Windows and Active Directory
- Daily support for the local imaging center and for the on prem central environment.
- Responsible for proper daily escalation of issues and off-hour on-call support.
- Work to improve existing standard processes and develop comprehensive controls to monitor productivity, quality, and SLA adherence based on industry proven best practices.
- Responsible for successful on-boarding of new DS customers and change requests for existing DS customers
- Ensure constant systems/solution availability to meet project SLA’s
