In the role of Associate Attorney, you will immerse yourself in complex litigation, taking on case management duties that include written discovery, depositions (both taking and defending), drafting and arguing motions, and trial preparation as a second chair. While prior experience in these areas is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
This position involves substantial client interaction, often with families experiencing challenging times. Success in this role requires empathy and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the California bar.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team on behalf of injured clients.
- Competence to manage deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Dedication to plaintiff representation with sound judgment.
