Responsibilities:
- Review court documents that will be served or filed
- Advise litigators on procedural matters
- Assist/perform efiling using CM/ECF, NYSCEF, and other platforms
- Calculate and calendar relevant deadlines
- Search for information relevant to cases on Pacer, Bloomberg Law, CourtAlert, Westlaw
Qualifications:
New York State bar admission required
Supervisory experience preferred (not required)
Must be well-versed in NY federal and state court systems and court rules
