Job Title: Buyer (Aircraft mechanical components)
Duration: 3 Months + Possibility of extension
Location: Seattle, WA
Summary: Coordinate purchasing of materials, services, and products for programs. Identify long lead materials with program leads. Prepare purchase orders using Coupa and Costpoint software. Ensure supplier documentation is in place, manage orders, monitor backlog, adjust schedules, and resolve discrepancies related to purchasing, delivery, and invoices.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of tactical purchasing experience.
Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
