Scope of Position:
High Level Marketing is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Managing Director to join the team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a track record of driving profitable growth and ensuring client success. The Managing Director will lead the development and execution of business strategies, oversee client satisfaction initiatives, build and develop a high-performing Client Strategy team, and contribute to the overall leadership of a Portfolio of clients.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Strategic & Profitable Growth
- Grow a portfolio of client’s net revenue by developing and executing innovative and effective marketing strategies that fill the client's open capacity and unlock profitable growth.
- Develop and own an account planning program that ensures our client’s strategies are consistently aligned with their future goals and objectives.
- Partner with the sales and marketing team to strategically target and sell into key industry verticals.
- Benchmark industry and competitor pricing to ensure our offerings are positioned and priced effectively in the market.
- Develop future revenue forecasts that include revenue retention, current client growth, and net new client acquisition that align with margin goals for HLM.
- Research and plan for content types and distribution strategy across blogs, white papers, email newsletters, and social media content.
Client Success
- Understand our clients needs and objectives, fostering strong, trust-based relationships, and leveraging our expertise to deliver against client stated goals.
- Lead a team of customer centric strategists and collaborate across departments to ensure a cohesive strategy is developed and deployed.
- Spearhead the development of a robust Client Satisfaction Survey Program, ensuring its effectiveness in gauging client sentiments and experiences.
- Maintain continuous oversight of survey results and initiate corrective actions, collaborating with relevant teams to address any concerns and enhance client satisfaction.
- Identify and align with our client’s business goals and objectives, ensuring the entire team is dedicated to their pursuit and successful achievement.
- Actively participate and lead engagements within strategic accounts, representing significant revenue and gross profit for HLM. Provide strategic value for HLM and our Clients.
- Plan event attendance and speaking engagements in advance to maximize visibility and prioritize engagement with high value prospects.
Group Leadership
- Craft and institute a compelling vision for the Portfolio’s CS group, aligning with the overall company objectives.
- Champion the CS portfolio, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals and strategies.
- Lead a team of talented individuals and implement strategies to coach and further develop the CS team members to ensure top performance across the team.
- Seek out development opportunities including mentorship programs and effective training programs.
- Set, monitor, and achieve budgetary goals for the Portfolio’s CS group, ensuring financial objectives are met while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
- Define and implement streamlined processes and tools to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the CS group. Additionally, re-evaluate the effectiveness of processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Marketing services, agency services, or business consulting.
- Industry experience in, healthcare/cosmetic and aesthetics, property management, and education is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in leading and developing dynamic teams.
- Travel 20 - 25% for trade shows, speaking engagements, client meetings, and other business related functions.
- Strong knowledge of SalesForce and Google Analytics. Google Certifications are a plus! Understand digital and consultative services to help align services with the goals of our clients.

- Strategy and analytics focused, able to plan for the future and implement a strategy based upon market trends and digital marketing landscapes.
- Knowledgeable in current and possible future policies, practices, and trends that could affect their department and organization.

Work Conditions: This position will perform duties under normal office working conditions, including the prolonged use of a computer, office equipment, and working in close proximity to others. Essential physical requirements may include standing, walking, stooping, typing, and lifting up to 25lbs.
