- Must have at least 7 years of experience in fiber operation and de-inking.
- Oversee all operations for manufacturing and ensure safety, compliance, quality, and productivity.
- Responsible for chemical expenses and comprehensive cost management.
- Work with several dedicated teams to ensure quality control and product optimization.
- Natural leader who can develop personnel and wants to grow within the company.
