This role is based in Marietta, GA in-office, 5 days a week.
Personal Assistant Role Overview:
We are seeking an individual to perform administrative duties and provide direct support to our CEO and business operations. As a personal assistant, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and executing travel arrangements. Duties also include completing online research, compiling and distributing reports, handling various administrative tasks, and maintaining our company website.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute office activities and meetings
- Manage the CEO's personal and professional calendar and daily tasks
- Schedule executive meetings
- Manage office logistics
- Manage CEO’s personal logistics (appointments etc)
- Write emails and other communications on CEO’s behalf
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and copying
- Complete word processing tasks
- Research and organize data
- Maintain and manage contacts
- Manage social media
- Gather and organize data for statistical analysis
- Other duties as needed
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
- Ability to manage a calendar and schedule appointments
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Proficiency with cloud-based platforms such as Google Docs, Zoom, and other remote team messaging apps
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Skilled in data entry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
$40,000 annual salary
