The client is seeking a Workday Reporting, Integrations, and Technical Lead for the State of Rhode Island Workday Finance, HCM, and Payroll implementation project. This role focuses on delivering actionable insights through reports, managing data governance, and leading the technical and functional aspects of Workday integrations. Below are the key qualifications and responsibilities:
Required Experience:
- Workday Reporting & Integrations (80%):
- 5+ years of experience with Workday reports, dashboards, and integrations (Studio, BIRT, EIBs, Core Connectors, etc.).
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, Report Writer, and Calculated Fields.
- 5+ years of experience in Finance data analysis.
- 3+ years of experience with Workday Prism Analytics.
- Oracle EBS Development (20%):
- 3+ years of Oracle EBS experience (development, customization, integration using ISG SOAP and REST interfaces).
- Knowledge of Oracle Financials (GL, Procurement, AP, AR, Fixed Assets).
Workday Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of complex Finance reports, metrics, and dashboards.
- Collaborate on bi-annual Workday system upgrades.
- Perform unit and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Workday reports and integrations.
- Develop and maintain Workday Prism Analytics strategy and governance.
Oracle EBS Developer Responsibilities:
- Support the State's Oracle EBS system (General Ledger, Procurement, Accounts Payable, etc.).
- Customize and troubleshoot Oracle EBS forms, pages, and reports.
- Provide technical assistance, Oracle support, and problem resolution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Workday certifications.
- Experience with Agile Scrum, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow.
- Preference for local candidates who can adhere to a hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
