Details of Assignment:
7am-7pm or 7am-5:30pm
Call hours 7pm-7am or 5:30pm-7am. 20 minute beeper calls
Some supervision and performing performing own cases
Case Mix: Peds, General, Ortho, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry, Additional Cases, Cardiac, Endo and vascular, GYN, and Pain.
Need proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks
EMR - EPIC
Active Illinois license
Credentialing take 60-90 days
ACLS, BLS, PALS,
Cardiac/Tee Experienced needed but fellowship and TEE certification not required.
Active Illinois license
