Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to recruit and hire a Product Reliability Manager in Nashville, TN.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for product reliability and quality.
- Lead and manage product reliability initiatives.
- Develop and implement reliability testing strategies.
- Analyze field and warranty data to identify and address reliability issues.
- Conduct FMEA, root cause analysis, and reliability testing (e.g., accelerated life testing).
- Manage project plans, resources, and budgets for successful product launches.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to 2-5 direct reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering field.
- 8+ years in reliability engineering, with leadership experience.
- Experience leading FMEA and reliability testing is required
- Experience interpreting and applying results from simulations and tests.
- Appliance Manufacturing background is strongly preferred
- Reliability engineering certification (e.g., CRE) is a plus.

- Annual base salary in the $120,000-135,000 range
