Experienced HVAC Service Technician
W2 - Non-Union - $30-40/hr depending on experience (Time and a half for overtime)
Onsite - Wilmington, DE
Travel 70-80% Regional (Company Truck)

Our client is a very quickly expanding HVAC and specialty equipment rental company. With 19 locations across 12 states, they continue to search for the best talent to add to their team. We are looking for motivated and reliable HVAC technicians to join their service group in Willmington, DE. All technicians will be expected to pass drug/alcohol testing requirements as well as a DOT exam.
What you will be doing:
- Servicing HVAC Rental Grade equipment including commercial air conditioning, spot coolers, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps and Desiccant & Refrigeration dehumidification equipment.
- Responding to client calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Reporting to managers and collaborating with colleagues to find the best solutions to the problems.
- Participating in 24/7 on call schedule, some work will include nights and weekends.
What you bring to the table:
- A strong willingness to learn, show up on time, and give the best service possible.
- A background/working knowledge in HVAC work.
- A grit to work in outdoor conditions, periodically lifting up to 75Lbs a day
- Openness to learning new things.
