Job Title: IT Project Manager
Location: Las Vegas, NV (89119) – Onsite
Employment Type: 6+ Month W2 Contract (No C2C or sponsorship available)
Talent Groups is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and deliver IT and digital projects onsite in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system integration, cross-functional team leadership, and project delivery within set timelines and budgets. Candidates with experience in gaming or hospitality technology will be given special consideration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Projects: Manage IT and digital projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of platforms, including POS systems, booking engines, and API connections.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors, including overseeing training and system rollouts.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and clear communication.
- Agile Methodology: Implement Agile practices, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Risk & Budget Management: Identify potential risks, manage project budgets, and ensure financial control.
- Client Communication: Provide regular project updates and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in project management, particularly in IT and digital environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; PMP certification is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Smartsheet, Jira, and Basecamp; experience with Agile methodologies and RESTful APIs.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and effectively manage vendor relationships.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
