Amotec is actively seeking a Maintenance Manager for our client, an industry leading industrial manufacturer, located 40 minutes East of Dallas, TX. In this role, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for hiring and developing the entire maintenance team including staff and salaried personnel across multiple shifts. Also, oversees all electrical, mechanical, and utilities of the facility, while ensuring all operations are following company and manufacturing standards. Maintenance Manager:
- Maintenance Resource Planning
- Preventative and Predictive Maintenance system improvement
- Works as part of plant Safety Team to maintain a safe work environment and prevent injuries
- Oversees equipment inspection PMs required to maintain conformance with OSHA, EPA, Customer and Operational standards
- Manages plant Capital Expenditure budget and oversees project management activities
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior supervisory or management experience with demonstrated effective leadership and team development skills
- 5+ years of maintenance management experience in a heavy manufacturing environment required
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Ability to motivate and drive results through others, including hourly team members
- Excellent communication skill including written and verbal
- Proven ability to drive change and improvements
