Maintenance Superintendent
Requirements:
- Required: 10+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Required: 5+ years in a supervisory role (managing contractors, subcontractors, third parties)
- Aligning roles, providing training and development, managing performance, ensuring compliance with safety trainings, and fostering a superior maintenance organization
- Required: Maintenance Experience
- Preventive Maintenance and Repairs, Inspection Programs, Root Cause Analysis, Spares Management, Maintenance Planning, Monitoring and Troubleshooting equipment and processes, Turnaround support, Cost Control and Budget management
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Chem, Mech, Electrical Engineering
Hire: Direct
Compensarion: Starting at $150k
Schedule: Options of 9/80 or 5/40 schedule

Specific to the role:
- Ensuring adherence to HSSE standards, promoting safety culture, and implementing inspection programs.
- Development and execution of reliability strategies, monitoring maintenance activities, improving maintenance performance
- Experience in SAP to manage maintenance work, assign resources, and monitor progress.
