Job Title: SFDC Functional Architect
Location: Woodlands, Texas
Job Description:
- Minimum 12 years of experience Salesforce and Salesforce Solution Architecture
- Well versant with SFDC configuration and customization in Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , Community Clouds
- Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels.
- Ability to drive solution design workshops in F2F with the customer and onsite-offshore remote development scnenarios.
- Participate in business drawing Processes with respect to SFDC functionality.
- Participate in Stakeholder Meetings
- Ability to build User stories
- Knowledge of Agile/Sprint execution
- Lead the design of the To-Be Solution Architecture of target SFDC application implementation.
- Review the technical specifications
- Monitor and track project metrics and provide status updates to Key Stakeholders
- Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-cantered analysis and evaluation techniques.
- Self-Starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
- A good understanding of enterprise application integration, including SOA, ESB, EAI, ETL environments and an understanding of integration considerations such as process orchestration, customer data integration and master data management.
- Salesforce deployment and release management framework and strategyAssess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Salesforce application solutions to ensure user requirements and business objectives are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Understand overall business operations and develops innovative solutions and tools related to Salesforce to help improve productivity.
- Ability to understand and design provisioning solutions and how CRM interacts with provisioning layers.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills needed to support enterprise high availability
- Salesforce applications Coordinate with technical resource within and outside of Salesforce Platforms team.
- Demonstrate thought Leadership in Salesforce CRM and Platform innovations and practices.
“Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$130,000] to [$160,000]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
